This is our families weekly meal planner
and in order to help others develop the
"stealth of the Black Cat" at meal times,
I will be posting recipes each day.
These are by no means "chef" style,
complicated or contrived recipes -
just simple family meals that
aim to please.
I hope you can follow and be inspired
to destress meal preparation.
It's made a huge difference to my
day to day dread of the 5pm "witching hour"
and my overall desire to cook.
