Now that my sewing machine and all of my craft
bits and pieces have been packed away ready to move house,
I found I needed something to keep me busy and feeling crafty.
So when my sister and I came across a great pile of wool and the start of
a few beautiful "Granny Blankets" at my mum's house the other day,
and we were both inspired to start our own.
And this is the start of mine.
I hope the inspiration lasts as I would like to make
nine medium size square blankets to make a queen size doona.
Maybe it will be done for next winter!
