This week we are back to our schedule and the black cat is on the case.
Over the Easter break I let things slide a bit but with the return to school
and work the pressure to have dinner on the table is ever present.
Along with the daily grind comes the inevitable witching hour and
cooking dinner with two kids underfoot and at each others throats
is made much easier when I can just check the menu and not have to think.
Some days it even feels like I am winning the war.
