What a start to 2011 . . .
Baby Eve, my brand new niece arrived on Saturday 1st January 2011.
She is Eve Lesly Carr.

Six Pound
To James and Michelle Carr
She is very much wanted and loved.
She is tiny and precious.
She starred me down and her piercing eyes
brought me to tears as I held her fragile body
and whispered how long we have waited to meet her.
She took it all in and without blinking understood it all.
I can't wait to see her and hold her again.
And introduce her to her excited cousins.
