First BBQ of the summer!


We fired up the Barbie and marinated the meat and prepared the salad. It was a great mid-week meal - Morocan Chicken and Cous Cous.

Chicken drumsticks [a cheap family friendly cut] marinated in morocan spices, cous cous flavoured with mint and lemon balm - herbs from the garden, a salad and some fresh bread. Yum! Dont forget the glass of wine!







My kids love cous cous and eat it all up. All in all a great family meal, that smells of summer and tastes great.
