Eli's favourite "Bacon Pie"

As a mum I am always looking for quick and easy things for dinner and this recipe is no exception. Anyone can do it, even Eli, with a bit of supervision.

Bacon and Egg Pies

One sheet puff pastry
4 eggs
2 - 3 rashes of bacon
About a cup of grated cheese
Milk
Salt and pepper

Cut the pastry sheet into four, in half and then in half again [like a window, sings Eli]
Spray your muffin tin to grease and place one square of pastry into each hole.
Press down and form into tin, doesn't have to be perfect.
Sprinkle a little cheese in the bottom of each one.
Then crack an egg into each one.
Place the bacon in and around the whole egg, and add a drop of milk into each one, followed by some salt and pepper.
Top with cheese and put in the oven at 200 degrees.

About 15 mins later you have four beautiful bacon pies. 
Serve with a salad and fresh bread.
